Siphesihle is a policy and communications specialist and is a former Ministerial Spokesperson in the Western Cape Government. He is also a former policy consultant for a UK-based education policy consultancy, working with governments to devise and implement innovative education policy solutions.
Siphesihle holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree majoring in Law, Politics, and Public Policy and Administration, and has worked as a reporter at the Parliamentary Monitoring Group, and a Language Practitioner at the University of Cape Town’s School of Languages and Literatures. He is also a Mandela Washington Fellow.
Siphesihle is a strategic thinker committed to working towards playing a more active role in narrowing inequality gaps in South Africa, whether it is in the public sector or in civic organisations. He is passionate about community upliftment and youth involvement in leadership and decision-making roles in both the public and private sectors. Siphesihle serves on the board of the Good Work Foundation as a non-execitive Director.
